To all the good mountain folks who happen upon our website, we are not newcomers but rather have years of experience with waterfalls and most other aspects of landscaping. We do excel at the Natural looking waterfalls, ponds, streams. We are happy to be compared to others. We design and build primarily water features. (If you have a design or quote from someone else, we would be happy to provide our thoughts along with a price for which we would do the job.) Not all work is the same, quality American components plus knowledgable experienced water artists, will usually give you a better result even if we are not able to beat your previous quote. (Try Us! It is likely we can beat the competition's quote!)

We are willing to service customers anywhere in Appalachia and beyond. Ofcourse we cannot work without pay--so we do have to charge enough to offset our expense of coming in person to meet you and to assess your needs and consult with you. (Some quotes can be done via internet. Also, we offer the consulting charges back when we complete any jobs exceeding $3,000.) At Mountain Waterfalls we have references we can supply, but have chosen not to list them here due to privacy concerns and giving information to our competitors. We are happy to supply references after we get to know you a bit. Doctors, nurses, accountants, coal miners, psychologists, nursing home owners, funeral home owners, bottled water company owners, stone quarries, photographers, oil company jobbers, pest control guys, other landscapers, other professionas, and certainly Retirees are among our satisfied customers.

We are happy to work as subcontractor to reputable landscape companies, letting you mark up our work. If you send us referrals instead, we offer 2% for all referrals. (More of course, if we so negotiate it.)

If you need a LAKE, perhaps you should call a General Contractor or a dozer operator. But if a home or business wishes to have a pond or stream or waterfall, including just a falls without the pond, we're eager to hear from you!

And (although we hate to broach the subject), if you've had a watergarden built that has never worked right or you can't locate the builder for service work--we will try to help you. There is always a charge to look at and troubleshoot someone else's boo-boo's. However, you'll find all our charges most reasonable. Thank you!
